Warranty & Returns Policy

At EuroLaser Service, we stand behind the quality of our work and the parts we supply.
This Warranty & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which repairs, services, and spare parts are covered, as well as the procedures for returning eligible products.


1. General Overview

This policy applies to:

  • All laser repair and maintenance services provided by EuroLaser Service

  • All spare parts and accessories purchased directly from www.eurolaserservice.com

By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.


2. Warranty Coverage

A. Service Warranty

All service and repair work carried out by EuroLaser Service is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the completion date.
This warranty covers:

  • Workmanship issues

  • Replacement parts installed by our technicians

If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will perform the necessary repair free of additional labor charges, provided that:

  • The device has not been tampered with by unauthorized personnel

  • The malfunction is related to the original repair or service

B. Spare Parts Warranty

All spare parts supplied by EuroLaser Service are genuine or OEM-certified components, inspected and tested for quality before shipment.

Warranty period:

  • 90 days for electronic components (e.g., power boards, sensors, LCDs)

  • 6 months for optical and mechanical components (e.g., flashlamps, rods, mirrors)

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or handling

  • Electrical surges or short circuits caused by external power issues

  • Water damage, corrosion, or contamination

  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts


3. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Faults resulting from incorrect operation or maintenance

  • Use of non-original spare parts or modifications made by third parties

  • Failure to follow manufacturer or EuroLaser Service maintenance recommendations

  • Transportation or shipping damage after delivery

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

If the product or device is found to have been opened or modified by an unauthorized party, the warranty becomes void.


4. Returns and Refunds

A. Spare Parts Returns

We accept returns for unused, undamaged spare parts within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories

  • A Return Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping

  • The item must not show signs of installation or use

After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A 10–20% restocking fee may apply for certain items

B. Service Refunds

Due to the technical and labor-based nature of our services:

  • Completed diagnostics and repair services are non-refundable

  • In case of proven error or defective work under warranty, the service will be reperformed at no additional cost

Partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion if replacement or repair is not feasible.


5. Shipping and Return Process

  1. Contact returns@eurolaserservice.com to request authorization.

  2. Provide your invoice number, item name, and reason for return.

  3. Ship the item securely to our logistics center (address provided upon approval).

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


6. Liability Limitation

EuroLaser Service’s liability under this policy is limited to:

  • Repair or replacement of the defective part

  • Re-performance of covered service work

We are not responsible for indirect damages, equipment downtime, business losses, or data loss resulting from device malfunction.


7. How to Request Warranty Support

For warranty claims, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase or service invoice

  • Device brand, model, and serial number

  • Description of the issue and supporting photos (if applicable)

All claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
