• Preventive and corrective maintenance

• Supply and installation of genuine spare parts and accessories

All services are performed by certified technicians using manufacturer-approved procedures and components whenever available.

3. Service Booking & Confirmation

To schedule a service, customers must provide accurate information about:

• Device brand, model, and serial number

• Description of the issue

• Preferred service type (on-site, diagnostic, or shipment-based)

Once a request is submitted, we will confirm availability, estimated service time, and pricing via email or phone.
A booking is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgment from EuroLaser Service.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service type:

• On-site services: Payment due after service completion.

• Spare parts orders: Payment required prior to dispatch.

• Long-term maintenance plans: Payment schedules as per written agreement.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. However, confirmed quotations remain valid for 30 days.

5. Shipping and Delivery of Spare Parts

We ship spare parts and accessories to all European Union countries and selected international destinations.
Delivery times depend on product availability and courier performance.
Shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ensure all items are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

6. Warranty and Liability

• All spare parts supplied by EuroLaser Service are tested and verified for compatibility.

• Repairs performed by our technicians include a limited service warranty covering workmanship for 30 days.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, electrical surges, third-party interference, or environmental factors.

Under no circumstances shall EuroLaser Service be liable for:

• Loss of business or profits

• Equipment downtime or indirect damages

• Misuse or unauthorized modification of the device after service

7. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate equipment details and condition reports

• Ensuring proper access to the service location for on-site work

• Backing up any stored device data or software configurations (if applicable)

Failure to meet these requirements may delay service or result in additional costs.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the technical nature of spare parts and service work:

• Returns are only accepted for unused, undamaged parts within 14 days of delivery.

• A restocking fee may apply.

• Services already performed are non-refundable, except where an error is proven to be directly caused by EuroLaser Service.
